How We Work
Every engagement starts the same way — with an honest conversation about your business. What you need determines what we build.
Starting Point
Most business owners I talk to are somewhere between curious and overwhelmed when it comes to AI. They've seen what's possible — or at least what's being marketed as possible — and they're trying to figure out what's actually relevant to their specific business.
The AI Architecture Assessment is where that conversation happens.
We sit down (usually over 1–2 focused sessions) and look at your business — how it actually operates, where the bottlenecks are, where your team spends time on work that doesn't require human judgment, and where AI could realistically create leverage.
This isn't a checklist or a questionnaire. It's an honest, experienced evaluation of where you stand and what's worth pursuing. Some businesses are ready for immediate implementation. Some need to solve more foundational problems first. I'll tell you the truth either way.
Full Engagement
This is the full engagement — from strategy to working implementation.
We start with the same diagnostic process as the Assessment, but go further: we build a detailed integration roadmap specific to your business, then work alongside your team to implement it. Not "here's a plan, good luck." We're in it with you — configuring tools, building workflows, training your team, troubleshooting the inevitable surprises, and staying until the new processes are running without us.
This engagement is built for business owners who are ready to commit to real implementation — not theory, not exploration, but actual operational change. It requires your engagement and your team's willingness to work through the transition. In return, you get an operation that runs with meaningfully more leverage than it did before we started.
Ongoing
AI is not a "set it and forget it" capability. The tools are evolving fast, the landscape is shifting constantly, and the businesses that get the most value from AI are the ones that have someone paying attention to what's changing and what those changes mean for their operation.
The Ongoing AI Advisory is a retained relationship — monthly strategic sessions, direct access for questions and decisions as they come up, and implementation support for new initiatives. Think of it as having a knowledgeable, experienced perspective on call — someone who understands your business, knows what you've already built, and can help you make smart decisions about what comes next.
This is typically a good fit for businesses that have completed an implementation engagement and want to maintain momentum — or for business owners who want a consistent strategic resource as they navigate AI on their own terms.
The Process
Every engagement — whether it's an Assessment, a full Implementation, or an Advisory relationship — starts the same way: a free 30-minute Discovery Call.
This isn't a sales call. It's a conversation. I want to understand your business — what it does, how it operates, what's working, what isn't, and where you think there might be opportunity. And I'll be honest with you about whether I think AI with Renew is the right fit for where you are.
If there's a clear opportunity, we'll talk about what the right engagement looks like. If there isn't — or if you'd be better served by something else — I'll tell you that too.
No pitch. No obligation. Just an honest conversation between two business people.
Common Questions
Yes — that's much of who we work with. AI with Renew was built with Christian, mid-market business owners in mind: people running real companies who want to adopt AI thoughtfully, without compromising their values or chasing hype. The work itself is practical and applies to any mid-market operator; the shared values just make the conversations easier.
Honestly, and without overcomplicating it. We're not going to bolt scripture onto a technology decision. What faith-alignment means in practice is this: we won't push you toward AI that treats your people as disposable, cuts corners on honesty, or chases efficiency at the expense of what actually matters in your business. AI should make good work easier — not replace the judgment and care that make a company worth running.
Mid-market companies — real employees, real customers, real operational complexity (roughly $5M–$500M in revenue). Big enough that AI can create meaningful leverage, but not so large that you already have an internal AI team. If you're a solo operator or a Fortune 500, we're probably not the right fit — and we'll tell you so.
Yes. Our job is to translate, not to impress you with jargon. Our work is grounded in three decades of hands-on experience across business, marketing, finance, and operations — we think like operators, not engineers. You don't need to understand how the technology works under the hood; you need to understand what it can do for your business and what it'll take to get there.
That's exactly what the AI Architecture Assessment is for. Some businesses are ready for immediate implementation; some need to fix more foundational problems first. We'll give you an honest read either way — including telling you to wait if that's the right call. We'd rather lose the project than sell you something you're not ready for.
It starts with a Discovery Call — a no-pressure conversation to see if we're a fit. From there, most owners begin with an AI Architecture Assessment, then decide whether to move into a full Integration Roadmap & Implementation or an Ongoing AI Advisory relationship. You're never locked into more than the step in front of you.
The best way to figure out what you need is to talk about where you are. Schedule a free 30-minute Discovery Call and let's see if there's a real opportunity worth pursuing.
